Deposit

50% of the rental rate is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the rental period.  If booking is less than 30 days – 100% of the rental is due at the time of booking.

$1,000 Security Deposit

100% refundable Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental period and will be pro rated for stays less than 7 days. Assuming there is no damage and or missing items, the property is the same state of cleanliness as check-in and all garbage has been removed as per agreement, this deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 3 days of your departure.

Rental Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your rental, payments received are refundable up to 30 days prior to the rental period less a $200 cancellation fee.  There are no reimbursements given for any early departures, missed days and or late arrivals

 

• 100% Refund:  Cancelled 75 days or more from the time of the rental period is to begin less a $200 cancellation fee

• 50% Refund:  Cancelled less than 75 days but greater than 40 days less a $200 cancellation fee

• 0% Refund:  Cancelled less than 40 days there is no refund

• Security Deposit Refund:  Security deposit will be refunded 100% regardless of a cancellation date prior to check-in

 

*Please Note; If the Provincial and or Federal government specifically bans short-term cottage rentals and you are unable to travel to Sandy Pines Beachfront cottage, you will be entitled to a full refund (less our cancellation fee).  The travel ban must include the start date of your booking period for a refund to be eligible.
