$300 Premium Deep Clean & Disinfect
Cleaning and Disinfecting Fee During Covid Pandemic: The $300 fee is paid 100% to SPB Cleaners. Health, safety, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is a priority in between all guest stays. **Please note that cleaning and disinfecting are two different steps;

Cleaning: Removes germs and dirt from surfaces using soap and water

Disinfecting: A separate step that comes after the property has been thoroughly cleaned. Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces and objects.
Proper cleaning gives you and us peace of mind, trust and confidence that the property has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival and after your departure.
No Pets Allowed
We are sorry but pets are not allowed at Sandy Pines Beachfront.
Deposit
50% of the rental rate is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the rental period. If booking is less than 30 days – 100% of the rental is due at the time of booking.
$1,000 Security Deposit
100% refundable Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental period and will be pro rated for stays less than 7 days. Assuming there is no damage and or missing items, the property is the same state of cleanliness as check-in and all garbage has been removed as per agreement, this deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 3 days of your departure.
Rental Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your rental, payments received are refundable up to 30 days prior to the rental period less a $200 cancellation fee. There are no reimbursements given for any early departures, missed days and or late arrivals

100% Refund: Cancelled 75 days or more from the time of the rental period is to begin less a $200 cancellation fee

50% Refund: Cancelled less than 75 days but greater than 40 days less a $200 cancellation fee

0% Refund: Cancelled less than 40 days there is no refund

Security Deposit Refund: Security deposit will be refunded 100% regardless of a cancellation date prior to check-in
*Please Note; If the Provincial and or Federal government specifically bans short-term cottage rentals and you are unable to travel to Sandy Pines Beachfront cottage, you will be entitled to a full refund (less our cancellation fee). The travel ban must include the start date of your booking period for a refund to be eligible.

Hot Tub - Premium Spa Hot Tub - Available Late September to mid June
Not everyone wants a hot tub (shocking... I know) during the summer and they are super expensive to run. We've decided the hot tub is not available June to September. This will avoid unnecessary daily maintenance and heating costs in the hot summer cause who wants to sit in a sweltering hot tub when you can jump into the lake to cool off!!

Sandy Pines beachfront does not have the following items available but our neighbour does! We can arrange it but you’d rent the items below directly from them (tax included);

Dock Rental: You can rent our neighbours dock to hook up your boat for an extra weekly charge of $150. Please note that boat launch is located at Round Lake Centre 5 minutes away
